Refund Policy
Midline Business Solutions, Inc. operates CarePlanCompass™ and provides structured educational, recovery-support, and navigation resources. Because many resources are digital and may be made available immediately after purchase or access approval, refund eligibility depends on the type of transaction and whether access has already been granted.

1. Digital Products — Individual Purchases
Digital products are delivered electronically and are considered delivered when access credentials, download links, activation codes, or entitlements are issued.
Digital purchases are final once access has been granted.
Because digital products cannot be returned and may be accessible immediately, refunds are not provided for standard post-delivery circumstances unless required by applicable law.
Refunds are not normally offered for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchase after access has been granted
- Unused materials following entitlement issuance
- Partial downloads once access is available
Refund requests may be reviewed in limited cases, including:
- Duplicate purchases
- Verified billing errors
- Verified technical access failures that cannot be resolved after reasonable support efforts
Requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase. If a refund is approved, associated digital access rights may be terminated.
2. Organizational and Institutional Licenses
Organizational, enterprise, and institutional licenses may be governed by separate written agreements between Midline Business Solutions, Inc. and the contracting entity.
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, license fees are non-refundable once activation credentials, seat allocations, or entitlement access has been issued.
- No prorated refunds unless contractually specified
- Suspension due to misuse or policy violation does not qualify for a refund
- Access rights remain limited to the scope, duration, and terms of the applicable agreement
3. Service-Related Fees
Some services, including non-medical home support or custom organizational work, may be governed by separate written terms, invoices, or service agreements. Those written terms control any cancellation, refund, or rescheduling question for that service.
4. Technical Resolution Commitment
If you experience difficulty accessing purchased materials, contact us so we can make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue before determining refund eligibility. Our priority is helping you access the resource you purchased.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support before initiating a chargeback so the issue can be reviewed.
Midline Business Solutions, Inc. may dispute fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks and may provide proof of delivery, entitlement issuance, and access records as part of a payment dispute review.
6. Non-Transferability
Digital purchases and controlled access rights are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized under an organizational or enterprise license agreement.
7. Reservation of Rights
Midline Business Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke digital access in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of applicable terms.
Nothing in this policy limits rights otherwise available under applicable law.
